We are looking for a full stack Node.js Developer responsible for developing both server-side logic and the front-end user experience for our customers.
Your primary responsibility would be to develop net new functionality on our platform using our in-house frameworks and open-source frameworks.

Junior Salesforce Developer

Primary Skill:  Salesforce platform, developer on the Salesforce,Linux.  
English: B2+ and higher   
Must have 
Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting customers on the Salesforce platform
Minimum of 6 months experience as a developer on the Salesforce platform
Minimum of 1 year experience as a developer in any language of choice
Must be at a minimum a Salesforce Certified
Administrator
Comfortable with support Linux-based operating systems and navigating command-line interfaces.
Able to analyze data and understand the impacts of the data on reports.
Strong command of the English language, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Able to work directly with customers
Able to work efficiently with a remote team
Great organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor support cases and work with customers to resolve support issues

  • Onboard and train new and existing customers

  • Monitor overall platform health and identify operational issues as they arise

  • Improve the efficiency of monitoring systems

  • Create internal and public facing documentation for our customers

  • Work with business team members to enhance our internal Salesforce implementation and improve business processes in support and other areas of the business

  • Develop automations in Salesforce to support internal operations

  • Collaborate with the lead Salesforce developer to maintain and develop our Salesforce managed package
